Spain’s need to reduce CO2 emissions, in order to comply with the Kyoto Protocol, is particularly important with regards to electric power generation.
At Tecnoma we try to respond to this great impulse by stepping into the market as promoters of renewable energy sources, to which end two firms have been set up:

• Tecnoma Sustainable Energy (Tes), to promote solar orchards and thermoelectric plants.
• Tecnoma Energy Recoveries (Tae), to promote wind parks.

Currently, 110 MW of wind power, 30 MW of photovoltaic power and 100 MW of thermoelectric power are being promoted.
